Use this when a photo is too large to email or upload. You choose the quality. A PNG photo is saved as a JPG, which is what makes it smaller.
How to use it
- Choose the picture.
- Set a quality from 40 to 90.
- Download the smaller file.
If the result is not smaller, the tool stops and keeps the original. The picture is not uploaded.
